Heart Talk.
Let's face it, no matter what's going on in our lives at any given point in time, we can all use a little heart talk - a little reset, a little reminder that we are all on the same journey but we are all at different stages. That means the odds of you being at the same point as someone else is rare and a special thing. And in the words of Cleo Wade, "The best thing about your life is that it is constantly in a state of design." We can all use a little tweak, a little nudge, a little reminder to self-correct and improve to be the best that we can be for our own selves - no one else. Just you.
This holiday season give yourself a break and don't let the holidays be cause to stress or worry. Remind yourself to "Smile more, do more, do less, say no, say yes".
Meet Cleo Wade.
Cleo Wade - Poet, Artist, Storyteller, Author. A rebel optimist who helps others find their power.
Once dubbed "The Millennial Oprah" and more recently, called "Everybody's BFF", Cleo Wade is undoubtedly using her power of positivity for that of good and let us tell you - it's absolutely infectious. Maybe she truly is everybody's best friend because of her approach and her attention to detail and passion to make everyone feel special through her messages of love. In her Heart Talk book tour she admits, "Being able to be with people and know what's going on in their lives and show them love and care and see them and hear them — that is my greatest passion in life." And while on tour, she dedicates at least 3-4 hours of her time listening and engaging in conversation with her attendees - a great example of the necessity to pause, breathe and listen, and simply take it all in every step of the way.
If you are looking for an uplifting read for yourself or that someone special, we highly recommend Cleo Wade's book Heart Talk: Poetic Wisdom for a Better Life.
